Le fournisseur d’acier Saarstahl AG investit à  Völklingen/Nauweiler sur la ligne 14 dans un nouveau lit de refroidissement avec une ligne de finition directement liée. L’affaire est réalisée par  PLAKOMA GmbH. L’installation sera composée essentiellement d’un lit de refroidissement de 130 m de long, suvi de bancs de rouleaux et 3 tronconneuse dans le sens de déplacement avec butées de longueur.
La possibilité de pouvoir évacuer, à l’avenir, des longueur de barres d’acier jusqu’à 27,5 m, élargit à nouveau le spectre de livraison de Saarstahl AG.

Les nappes découpées à longueur client sont rassemblées, bottelées, pesées, étiquettées puis ligaturées.

Votre domaine d’emploi comprend l’aquisition de nouveaux clients ainsi que l’encadrement de clients existants. Votre travail principal sera la conception d’installations, l’élaboration des solutions spécifiques du client, le calcul et le traitement de l’offre jusqu’aux négociations finales chez le client.

The steel manufacturer Saarstahl AG is investing in a new cooling bed with a directly adjoining finishing line on rolling mill 14 at its Völklingen-Nauweiler location. PLAKOMA GmbH is carrying out the contract.
The facility will essentially consist of a 130m long rake-type cooling bed followed by layer roller tables and three abrasive cutting machines with longitudinal length stoppers.

The scope of delivery offered by Saarstahl AG will thus again be extended in future to include the possibility to discharge oversized bar steel in lengths of up to 27.5m.

The layers which have been cut according to customer specifications are collected, bundled, weighed, labelled and finally bound.Assembly and commissioning will take place at the turn of the year 2010 to 2011.

Die Möglichkeit in Zukunft den Stabstahl in Überlängen bis 27,5m ausschleusen zu können, erweitert erneut das Lieferspektrum der Saarstahl AG.

Die auf Kundenlänge geschnittenen Lagen werden gesammelt, gebündelt, gewogen, etikettiert und anschließend gebunden. Die Montage und die Inbetriebnahme wird zum Jahreswechsel 2010/11 stattfinden.

Mais Ernst Braun a fait le contraire pour son 75ème. L’entrepreneur de Körprich demanda à ses collègues, de faire des dons pour les nouveaus locaux de jeunesse plutôt que de lui offrir des cadeaux. “Lorsque monsieur Braun télephona pour me dire qu’il allait augmenter la somme, je pensais à 5.000 peut-être 10.000 Euro“, raporta Patrik Lauer, maire de Nalbach, mardi, lors de la remise de donation. Ce qui arriva le laissa bouche bée: 20.000 Euro. Cette somme permettrait de financer l’inventaire complet des locaux de jeunesse. Il recoivent 50 m² de local de groupe au premier étage du club du SV Borussia Körprich, avec café internet et la possibilité d’activités de loisir. 25m² supplémentaires compte le laboratoire écologique. De plus un coin cuisine et des surfaces de dépot.. „Nous pouvons aménager tout celà grâce à ce don généreux“, dit Lauer.

Suivi professionnel assuré  „Nous n’installons pas simplement quelque chose et attendons si l’affaire est acceptée“, complèta Lisa Pfau du service des jeunes de la commune. „Déjà maintenant il existe un groupe qui s’engage ici et se rencontre régulièrement.“ Six microscopes modernes sont maintenant achetés, de plus des appareils pour l’observation et la localisation. Les projets d’étude se trouvent dans la Primsaue – tout celà sous un suivi professionel. „Dans toute la région n’existe rien de semblable“, songe Lauer. C#est pourquoi le nouveau laboratoire écologique sera aussi mis à disposition à d’autres groupes, à partir du début de 2009. Tout commence avec 3 rendez-vous par semaine, même le soir, pour être étendu plus tard. „Jusqu’alors le point de rencontre des jeunes était chez nous“, dit Ernst Braun. „sur notre terrain de Braun und Schirm. Mais ceci n’est pas tout à fait inoffensif.“ La raison principale de son don furent cependant ses propres activités antérieures dans le travail de jeunesse à Dillingen.

Körprich. Usually it’s the person whose birthday it is who gets the presents but Ernst Braun turned things around on his 75th birthday. The Körprich businessman asked business friends to donate money to the future youth centre in the village instead of buying presents. At the official presentation on Tuesday, Patrik Lauer, Mayor of Nalbach said, “When Mr. Braun phoned to say that he was going to add something to the current amount, I thought of 5,000 euros, maybe 10,000”. What he then heard, made him speechless: 20,000 euros. With that amount, the community could finance the complete inventory of the youth centre. The youngsters are to be given 50 square metres as a communal room on the first floor of the clubhouse of the sports club “Borussia Körprich”. There will be an internet café and a range of free time activities will be offered. There will be an additional 25 square metres as a future environmental laboratory. Furthermore, there will be a kitchenette and storage space. Patrik Lauer said, “Thanks to the generous donation we will now be able to provide all this equipment”.

Professional Guidance Secured

Lisa Pfau from the community’s youth organisation said, “We are not simply going to put things in and see if they are accepted. There is already a group which is dedicated to environmental research and which meets regularly”. Six modern microscopes have now been procured as well as equipment for observation and positioning. The research projects take place in the floodplains of the river Prims and everything is under professional guidance. “There is nothing of this type in the whole district” said Lauer. For this reason, from the beginning of 2009, the new environmental laboratory will also be open for other groups. A start will be made with three meetings a week, including evenings, and this can be extended at a later point in time. Ernst Braun said, “The meeting place for youngsters up till now has been our place – on the grounds of the company Braun and Schirm but this was not altogether safe.”  The main reason for his donation, however, is his former involvement in working with youngsters in the town of Dillingen.

Körprich. Eigentlich sind es die Geburtstagskinder, die Geschenke bekommen. Doch Ernst Braun drehte zu seinem 75. den Spieß um. Der Körpricher Unternehmer bat Geschäftsfreunde, statt Präsente für ihn Geld für die künftigen Jugendräume im Ort zu geben. „Als Herr Braun anrief und sagte, er stocke den Betrag auf, dachte ich an 5.000 Euro, vielleicht 10.000“, berichtete Nalbachs Bürgermeister Patrik Lauer am Dienstag bei der Übergabe. Was dann kam, habe ihn sprachlos gemacht: 20.000 Euro, damit könne die Gemeinde das komplette Inventar der Jugendräume finanzieren. Diese bekommen 50 Quadratmeter als Gruppenraum im ersten Stock des Clubheims vom SV Borussia Körprich, mit Internetcafé und Möglichkeiten zu Freizeitaktivitäten. Weitere 25 Quadratmeter hat das künftige Umweltlabor. Dazu kommen Küchenzeile und Stellflächen. „Das alles können wir durch die großzügige Spende nun ausstatten“, sagte Lauer.

Fachliche Anleitung gesichert

„Wir stellen da nicht einfach etwas hin und warten, ob es angenommen wird“, ergänzte Lisa Pfau von der Jugendpflege der Gemeinde. „Es gibt schon jetzt eine Gruppe, die sich da engagiert und regelmäßig trifft.“ Sechs moderne Mikroskope seien nun angeschafft, dazu gebe es Geräte für Beobachtung und Ortung. Die Forschungsprojekte liegen in der Primsaue – alles unter fachlicher Anleitung. „So etwas gibt es im ganzen Landkreis nicht“, meinte Lauer. Deshalb werde das neue Umweltlabor auch anderen Gruppen ab Anfang 2009 angeboten. Mit drei Terminen pro Woche soll es losgehen, auch abends, später könne das ausgeweitet werden. „Der Treffpunkt von Jugendlichen war bislang bei uns“, sagte Ernst Braun. „Auf unserem Firmengelände von Braun und Schirm. Aber das ist nicht ganz ungefährlich.“ Hauptgrund seiner Spende war aber seine eigenen früheren Tätigkeiten in der Jugendarbeit in Dillingen.
